I was recommended to go see Shari for a strengthing and movement program and in the past 16 months of seeing her I can't believe the strength and movement I now have. I am able to do things I was never able to do before. Shari is very understanding and will only push you to your individual limit. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Job Description: I am a reasonably fit 90 year old. I do weight training at home up to 5 kg each hand. I use a treadmill, bike and rower at a small gym in the village where I live. I go to Melbourne quite often where I work with an exercise physiologist once a week.

Callum and Edward extended a very warm welcome to me when I arrived, it made me feel at home and very comfortable. Callum showed me around the place so I could find my way around. He took me through some exercises so he could ascertain what level I was. All up I was very impressed with the way Callum handled everything and I thoroughly recommend his services.
