Carl is a knowledgeable and caring trainer. He has worked with me to strengthen and mobilise my knees and ankles. At first it was rehab, more recently it was more sports specific training, and I am really pleased with the results. Last winter I really enjoyed snow skiing more than ever!

Louis is a true professional, kind, patient and understanding, his encouragement has given me confidence that i needed to start the program, after one month with continued training i am already happy with my progress and seeing the results, I highly recommend evidence based motion !

After roughly 6 months training with Anthony multiple times a week, I cannot rate him enough. I come out of every session knowing I have had a monster workout but always looking forward to the next one. He is passionate about what he does and is an expert at tweaking form/technique. Most of all he is a really likeable easy going guy who is fully on board in pushing you to achieve your goals.

I’ve had Brendan as a PT for well over a year, I’m pushing 50 yrs old and I have to say that I feel more fit than when I was in my 20’s and 30’s.
