After having all utilities disconnected, everything packed up and ready to go, the removalist – scheduled to attend at 2pm – contacted me at 2:20pm to advise that he 'had an accident on the way' and would not be able to attend until the following day. It is now 48 hours later, and NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AT ALL! The lease to my apartment ended yesterday – had I not organised another removalist, my boxes and furniture would still be there, and I would be forced to pay another month's rent.Natalie
