Business description

Hi, my name is David Thompson Tacitic is a play on the word 'tacit' which means... 'Understood or implied without being stated' My interpretation on that is I like to think the viewer is able to understand my photos without me having to explain it in words I have been passionate about digital photography for about 5 years. I joined the Melbourne Camera Club in March 2011 where they have a portrait night once a month. It is great fun shooting different models each month. However, time there is limited and hectic with only 3 minutes shooting time per rotation. So it was suggested I join Model Mayhem, put up my portfolio and work with models in a more relaxed and creative environment. I have access to the studio at the MCC in South Melbourne and another studio in Fairfield. I am currently in the process of building my own home studio in Bundoora. I also have portable lighting for location shoots At the start of 2012 I enrolled in the Diploma of Photoimaging at NMIT with the hope that sometime soon I can make photography my full time career By shooting a wide variety of models, I am finding I would really like to steer my photography towards artistic fashion I am happy to shoot with models with some, heaps or no experience. I could never ask for a better photographer then David Thompson at Tactic Phototgraphy.. From the word go, you are filled with ease and always feel compleatly comfortable and set in a professional environment. The images created are always upto standard and i always walk away extremely happy and satisfied with the work thats created. I would recommend this photographer to anybody out there who interested.
