Hi Rod. We attended the site for 2 assessments and prepared the most logical option to fix your bodgey works correctly in the form of a building report based on what we could see. A total of 3 hours was spent doing this for you. We refused to entertain cheap bodgey options which would have been further detrimental to the water issues we had. Further more I don't appreciate the racist comment which you stated on the phone. I may have a "slav" name in your eyes but I am a proudly educated Aussie. I am giving you a chance to remove your feedback as we didn't even do any works for you and part of terms and conditions of engaging our services which you have not any feedback left will be approved by us before posting. Your attitude towards this matter is very sad and I expected more from a new building manager. Regards V
