We have public liability insurance up to $5,000,000. All employees are covered for personal injury. Repeat business is our lifeblood, and as such, we are happy to guarantee our workmanship.

The three critical questions to ask are: Is your tradesman licensed?, how long has he or she been in business?, and finally but most importantly- are they insured?

We have over twenty five years experience in the decorating business; ranging from small domestic jobs to large commercial jobs, all over Europe and Australia- we believe that breadth of knowledge sets us apart from our competitors and allows us to bring a level of expertise to decorating that may be lacking in other providers.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Don't buy materials yourself. Most tradesmen receive trade discounts, and whilst it is customary to pass on various costs (delivery etc), your tradesman's price will invariably be lower than the retail price. Your tradesman is also likely to have a greater understanding of material needs- eliminating oversupply. 2. If the area to be decorated is furnished, it is cheaper for you to move the furniture. Why pay tradesmens' rates to do something you can do yourself?

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our pricing may appear more expensive; however, our prices reflect the true price of an expert job. We do not price according to a bottom line, we price according to what the best finish entails.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We usually give an estimate for the whole job that includes labour, materials and GST, however if the job or the materials are unusually complex we can arrange an hourly rate.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We are proficient in all aspects of decorating, however specialise in the application of specialist finishes, (marbling, woodgraining, stucco and many more) as well as paper hanging, (from handprinted silks to commercial wide vinyls).

We have over 20 years experience in all aspects of painting and decorating, domestic or commercial, large or small. We can apply specialist finishes and are experts in hanging all types of wallcovering.
