• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  Our insurance is fully insured for professional indemnity and public liability. Our accountant is a full member of the institute of public accountants, a registered BAS agent, a registered ASIC agent and therefore have a full the code of ethics which is adhered to at all times.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  I realised how important it was to the Office of State Revenue (and to the ATO) to receive the documenation over receiving the funds when the large corporation I was working for (found to be in breach of not submitting documentation but payments had been sent over a 3 year period) was fined millions of dollars and it's CEO was facing criminal charges. If the situation was reversed and documents had been submitted and no funds remitted the fine would of been 50% less and no other legal actions would of pursued. It just highlights the need for the ATO and the OSR to receive the correct information and on a timely basis over the payment.
