My previous experience in pet stores, dog walking and pet minding I decided to go into grooming and haven't looked back!

When I get clients with dogs that have had a terrible experience or suffer from anxiety and have been to groomer to groomer and never found the right one. Then they come to me and the feedback I get that the dog has never looked so good or happy after a groom.

I've been an animal lover my whole life, from working in pet stores to dog walking, pet minding and then running a mobile grooming business I just can't get enough of spending time with dogs!

How much experience do you have? What methods do you use and how knowledgeable are you? Will the dog be restrained or caged whilst in your care?

I am extremely professional and treat my clients with the upmost respect, in turn I treat the dogs with kindness and compassion and only use gentle methods. No restraints!

No cages or restraints used. No long waits for bookings. Appointments available on Saturdays and Sundays. Only quality and gentle shampoos used.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I need to know the breed of the dog, the size and weight and the condition of the coat. Matted dogs will incur an additional fee.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Due to being a home based salon I do not have the usual overheads from a retail space therefore I can charge approximately $20 less compared to other groomers.

How do you normally charge for your service?

From $20 for a bath with nails trimmed and ears cleaned to a full groom starting at $50 for a bath, haircut, ears cleaned and nails trimmed.

Grooming since 2005. Was owner and operator of successful mobile grooming business in Sydney. Animal attending and animal care and husbandry Tafe qualifications. Pet store Manager experience.
