  I am unable to rate this provider as he didn't show! First booking was cancelled the day before "car troubles". Has not shown for rescheduled booking today, has not telephoned or responded to two telephone messages I have left either. Now stuck in a very awkward situation with my four poodles.

  The groomer was late arriving but he did ring to let me know he had car trouble. From when he arrived he talked to my dog, calming her down and making the experience much better for her than at a salon. He groomed her and did everything else that was listed in the quote all in the minimum time needed. This was important to me as my dog doesn't like any of the grooming process. I will certainly use this groomer again.

  Really liked Peter and thought he did a great job - would hire again. Unfortunately he was late due to being stuck at another job - did inform me though. That was unfortunate. Lovely man and great with my dog.
