  Brilliant - don't buy a property without Action Property Inspections. The company that actually does inspect your property and provide a thorough report so you know what you are getting yourself into. I wouldn't use anyone else.

  I have used Action Property Inspections for 3 successive house moves, and wouldn't even consider looking anywhere else, as Andrew's thoroughness and detailed reporting ensures I won't get any nasty surprises after moving in, and will have clear directions on exactly what work needs to be done to fix any faults.
