Previously I'd take out gym memberships and last a few months before losing interest (and the annual membership). Jacqui is guaranteed to keep you interested. No two sessions are the same and the groups are a lot of fun where we all challenge each other. And Jacqui will push you beyond where you think you can get to, offering lots of encouragement but also having lots of laughs on the way. I switch between the small group sessions and personal training. You don't stay with someone 7 years if they're not good!

Lorena, I contacted Jhonathan the first time as I had a permanent pain in the lower back which I was struggling with. He used a technic with noodles that broke all the knots I had and took away for the very first time the pain I was having. He also talk me through the issue I had, gave me tips and excercises to do it to prevent it from happening again. It really helped and I will always recommend him. The second time I reached Jhonathan was to do rehabilitation in my arm after I broke my elbow. He did excercises with me in the gym to gain mobility, explained also the muscles that we were working with. Thanks to him I got back my mobility in no time.Jhonathan is very professional and I recommend him.

Fred has been my Personal Trainer for close to three years now. In these years I have developed such a close friendship with him, that I can talk to him about anything that is happening in my life , like I would do with a Psychologist. His exercise programs are specifically aimed at preventing you reaching a Plateau. Hence the intensities and muscle groups targeted in each of his sessions are different. The Most amazing thing about Fred is his trust in your abilities. Even if you don't trust yourself to do the extra five Burpees , He knows that you will be able to do it. I can see phenomenal improvement in my performance, stamina , confidence and energy levels after doing exercise programs with Fred over the years. I would highly recommend Fred as your Trainer, Friend, Philosopher and Guide in your fitness journey.
