Prepare Architectural Drawings including Existing Site Plan, Proposed Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, Shadow Diagrams, Stormwater Management Plan, Sediment Control Plan and Notification Plans for proposed Development Application to comply with Council requirements. 5. Prepare Basix Assessment 6. Prepare Statement of Environmental Effects. 7. Supply copies of Architectural Drawings and Documents for Council assessment. 8. Have the plans endorsed by Hunter Water Corporation and Mines Subsidence Board (if applicable). 9. Complete Councils Development application and submit everything needed for the proposed development.
